Kitchen, lounge, and garden. There is a shared bathroom for the two guest rooms but we were the only guests. Yerzhan was very accommodating as I had originally booked the single room while we were having our bathroom done, then my husband decided he wanted to come as well so he put us in the twin room It shows it as a booking for the single room but it was changed to the twin room, overlooking the peaceful garden. The cost of staying in such a lovely house is very good.
